The aesthetically enticing combination of mother of pearl and diamonds makes Chronoswiss’ new 40mm Sirius Moon Phase Diamonds glamorous. A watch face refined with rich mother of pearl sets the stage for a cutout by the "6", which displays the moon phase with a romantic starry sky and smiling moon face and it is presented in three different designs: Starting with the stylish classic model in stainless steel with a diamond-studded bezel and ranging from an elegant red gold version with diamond bezel to the opulent variation with sparkling diamond-studded design and red gold. The discreet luminescent rose and turquoise shimmer of this fascinating natural material can also be accentuated with the selection of a colored watch band to match your taste. Featured here sparkling in Chronoswiss Sirius are Oliver and Eva Ebstein – Managing Director and Chairman of the brand.

In the stunning Premier Feathers, Harry Winston combines two ancestral skills: horology and feather art. Exploring unexpected pairings, highly original techniques, the use of butterfly wings and the iridescent, powder found on the wings by successfully harvesting and expertly placing the delicate powder on each of its dials to recall the green of emeralds. The dials catch and hold light just like the wings of a butterfly found in nature. The sapphire crystal seems to be the only thing keeping the butterfly inside the gold case, set with 57 brilliant-cut diamonds. The timepieces in this collection are driven by a mechanical automatic movement equipped with a silicon balance spring ensuring excellent precision while the movement features circular Côtes de Genève, rhodium plating and circular graining.

The new Bentley GMT Light Body B04 Midnight Carbon combines British chic with an exceptional ‘motorisation’. Carved from titanium with a highly resistant carbon-based coating, the case is distinguished by its daring design accentuated by a bezel with a raised motif inspired by Bentley radiator grilles. It is powered by the Manufacture Breitling Calibre B04 chronometer-certified by the COSC, beating at 28,800 vph and offering more than 70-hour power reserve. It features a dual-time display and peerless user friendliness, while the rotating inner bezel bears the names of 24 cities, providing at-a-glance readings of all the world’s time zones in relation to home time.

Jaquet Droz‘s new Sunstone collection pays tribute to aventurine glass that originated from Murano’s traditional and artisan glass making industry. In the dawn of the 17th century, an artisan glass-maker accidentally lets some tiny shards of metal slip into the vitreous paste giving  rise to aventurine glass, a substance rendered more beautiful with splinters of light, unique in the world. Jaquet Droz is pursuing this aesthetic adventure in 2015 by introducing a new variety to its collections: Sunstone. It graces the Grande Seconde Cerclée, adorning the 8 formed by the two interlocked dials, and the Petite Heure Minute 35 mm, embellishing the model with a touch of novel originality.

Driven by the unending quest for innovation that makes it one of the most dynamic Manufactures, in 2015 Ulysse Nardin unfurls yet another world first with its new Anchor Tourbillon watch incorporating the constant Ulysse Anchor Escapement. The outcome of eight years of research and development, the constant Ulysse Anchor escapement, made entirely of silicium, displays hitherto unknown architecture based on the principle of flexible mechanisms exploiting the elasticity of flat springs. First, no longer constrained by a pivoting staff, the pallet fork moves entirely without friction; second, the geometrical improvements made to the pallet fork, the escape wheel and the flat springs have resulted in a constant-force escapement; and to crown all of this, it is brought aboard in a tourbillon cage.

Since its founding in 1833, the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre's has been an inventive protagonist in the field of Haute Horlogerie. Its new Duomètre UTT is the first watch combining the convenience of world time with the flexibility of setting the destination time to the minute. This timepiece capitalises on the concept of “Dual Wing” thus avoiding any loss of accuracy. It displays the reference time as well as a second time zone with the hour displayed digitally on a jumping disc and the minutes indicated by a hand. A globe at 6 o'clock displays the world time with a subtle day/night indication. Its sapphire crystal back reveals the unique decorations of the movement.

Versace presents its new watch collection of fashion iconic timepieces, reinterpreting the brand's famed motifs in a fresh contemporary way: from the Medusa to the Greek key and from the studs to the Baroque print. Its new range of Vanitas watches hits all the right spots in a blend of eye-catching looks where every part is accented for dramatic effect. Featuring a 40mm IP rose gold case with enameled top ring, it has a lilac enamel dial sporting a lovely Baroque pattern, houses a Swiss Quartz movement Rhonda 762.3 with 2 hands and is water resistant to 3 ATM. Swiss brand Longines, with over 180 years of history richly interlaced with the equestrian world, has released a new collection of watches, inspired by the instruments of equine sports. There are two case shapes in the collection, one symbolising the arches of racetracks and horseshoes and the other the stirrups. Both versions are on leather straps with white stitching, symbolic of the outfits of the rider, although I’m unsure why they haven’t carried the white stitching element across to the black dial stirrup piece. Both versions have three available sizes from 23mm to 34mm for the arch (30mm for the stirrup). The collection contains a Swiss Quartz movement, in keeping with the majority of the Longines Elegance line. The mother of pearl dials have diamond indexes and blue steeled hands.

One of the prettiest women’s watches is Italian luxury brand Bulgari’s Diva High Jewellery watch. It perfectly symbolizes the brand’s love for bold and colourful creations capturing a love for life. Featuring a round 39mm pink gold case, it’s highlighted by diamonds on the bezel, the typical bell motif decorating the dial where rubies play gongs and on its lugs while orange gemstones accent its looks. It is powered by a Swiss made quartz movement offering hours and minutes functions and sapphire glass. Water resistant to 30m it’s yet another irresistible addition to the discerning fashionista’s jewellery wardrobe.

The traditional Lucerne brand Carl F. Bucherer’s white gold, Manero ChronoPerpetual OnlyWatch 2015 is limited to a single model. It is to be auctioned off at the culmination of a global roadshow at the “Only Watch” auction for the benefit of the Monaco Association Against Muscular Dystrophy (AMM). Featuring a "grand complication" perpetual calendar, it displays the date, day, month, year and moon phase without requiring correction. As it accommodates the differing month lengths it will  require manual adjustment only in the year 2100, when an intercalary year is skipped, i.e. when the year is divisible by 100 but not by 400. It also combines a perpetual calendar with a complete chronograph, the complexity of such mechanism making it a masterpiece. The date of the auction, November 2015, is embossed on the black dial in a striking red, complemented by an elegant black alligator leather band.

Inspired by Coco Chanel’s life and the cherished symbols and objects she adored, her eponymous luxury house presents its charming 37.5 mm “Mademoiselle Privé” watch. For almost a century, the House of Lesage has been embroidering elaborate designs for all the top names in haute couture and fashion, and continues perpetuating its exceptional know-how. Against a black dial, diamonds and fine pearls stitched with silk threads form precious camellias and comets on ink-black and beige silk dials with the thickness of the embroidery fitting into the extremely thin watchcase with the hands designed to turn just above the raised seed-stitch.Each dial is an exceptional and unique piece. To pay homage to this masterwork, CHANEL has removed the crown and achieved a perfectly round watchcase.

Steel and diamonds: a daring and modern alliance that gives rise to a perpetually reinvented icon – Chopard’s Happy Sport now returns with a smaller, 30mm, elegant dial housing a self-winding movement. A timeless, feminine watch that is delicately sized while exuding sophistication and technical refinement. It features a silver-toned dial featuring a spiral guilloché centre pattern with five moving diamonds. In steel, rose gold, or two-tone, on a leather strap or metal bracelet, polished or partially set with diamonds, the Happy Sport 30mm Automatic versatile to cater for each woman’s personal style. A joaillerie version, in 18k rose or white gold fully set with diamonds comes with a mother-of-pearl dial. Shimmering mother of pearl combined with fine diamonds - after the minimalism of the past few years, in 2015 sensual opulence is finally in again.

De Grisogono’s Retro is inspired by '50s and '60s style, and features a rectangular case that is placed horizontally on the wrist. The dial is equally vintage-inspired, with oversized Arabic numerals in a new font developed by set against a matte black background. A color-coordinated black leather strap completes this eye catcher. It succeeds in “squaring the circle and is dressed in five different outfits expressing time in a two-handed model. It has a black-lacquered gold crown, positioned at 12 o’clock, on which the de GRISOGONO coat of arms appears in shades of gold. Cut-outs at 3 and 9 o’clock create a transparent effect and the impression that both the dial and the movement are suspended in a glass cage. The two curved sapphire crystals are identical and subtly connected by a thin gold band and is powered by a black PVD-coated mechanical self-winding movement.

Omega’s De Ville Central Tourbillon is a boutique exclusive. Only three will ever exist. The watch’s 38.7mm case is fashioned from 950 platinum lavished on its the bezel, casebody and lugs with 170 baguette-cut diamonds. The tourbillon completes one full revolution every minute and it is encircled by the rest of the calibre 2637 movement. The Chinese Zodiac is based on a twelve-year cycle, each year in that cycle is related to an animal sign. These animal signs are the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. 2015 is the year of the goat, marked at 6 O’clock on the dial. The Frederique Constant Zodiac Limited Edition has the twelve zodiac signs as the main index markers on its dial. One Chinese hour is two western hours. Each two hours has an animal zodiac sign. The small numbers 1-24 on the inner dial function as the GMT indicator to show what exact time the hour is. There are small Chinese texts on the outside minute track. Each position is a traditional Chinese unit of decimal time reflecting a quarter (15mins) of western time. As the Chinese hour is equal to 2 hours, the outside minute track has 8 positions.
