Back To Main Page: Bars, Clubs, Restaurants
Located in Dubai Harbour, Sutēki is one of the most concept-driven dining destinations to open in Dubai. The new project by AlphaMind Group, set within Harbour House, blends gastronomy, design, and atmosphere into a space that feels closer to an exclusive members’ club than a traditional restaurant.
The interior is designed with the aesthetic of a contemporary art gallery. Warm wood finishes, subdued lighting, and a palette of deep reds and burnt oranges create an intimate yet expressive environment, complemented by curated modern artworks. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto panoramic views of Dubai Harbour, creating a striking contrast between the restaurant’s moody, enclosed ambiance and the expansive cityscape outside.

At the heart of Sutēki lies a culinary philosophy rooted in Japanese precision and restraint. The menu is entirely dedicated to wagyu, explored through a variety of techniques from delicate raw preparations to charcoal grilling and modern Tokyo-inspired interpretations. Rather than offering an extensive Japanese menu, Sutēki focuses on a tightly curated gastronomic line where balance, texture, and purity of flavour take centre stage.
The beverage programme follows the same philosophy. A selection of over 20 Japanese whiskies, alongside carefully chosen sake and wines, is designed to complement rather than overpower the cuisine. The cocktail list is built around Japanese ingredients and a strong focus on clarity and refinement.
The atmosphere at Sutēki brings together three distinct worlds: the precision of Japanese culinary tradition, the energy of a contemporary supper club, and the visual language of modern art. Here, the experience goes beyond food alone, encompassing lighting, music, pacing, and the emotional rhythm of the entire evening.
