UFC 242: Want to attend the official weigh-in for Khabib Nurmagomedov-Dustin Poirier for free? (Video)
Entrance to next week’s official weigh-in for UFC 242 will be free to the public, although fans looking to attend will have to pre-book tickets online.
Organisers confirmed on Thursday that those wishing to attend the Friday 6 event, which takes place at The Arena on Yas Island, would have to confirm their places beforehand, with tickets available from Monday 12pm via www.ticketmaster.ae.
The weigh-in will feature among others Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dustin Poirier, who headline a packed fight card the following night with their lightweight unification bout.
Although the weigh-in begins at 6pm, the UFC Fan Experience will start from 3pm, while an official UFC Q&A with guest athletes takes place from 5.15pm.
UFC 242 marks the promotion’s return to Abu Dhabi for the first time since 2014.
