TOTÓ DUBAI celebrates Ferragosto with an exclusive 5-Course Wine Pairing Menu

Celebrate Ferragosto, Italy’s cherished summer tradition, with a specially curated five-course coastal seafood journey paired with premium Italian wines at TOTÓ Dubai, available throughout the day from Thursday, August 14th to Saturday, August 16th. This limited-time experience at Downtown’s refined Italian dining destination captures the true spirit of Ferragosto — a holiday that honours harvest, relaxation and the joy of sharing moments with loved ones.

Designed for connoisseurs of fine wine and Italian gastronomy, the Ferragosto da TOTÓ menu offers a lavish five-course experience, expertly paired with premium Italian wines, priced at AED 450 per person.

Guests can delight in culinary highlights such as Insalata di Polpo – Octopus salad with green beans, tomato Datterino, violet potato and citronette dressing, Fritto Misto – assorted crispy squid, prawns, black cod, vegetables and tapioca chips. The feast continues with indulgent mains like Risotto Carabineros – carnaroli risotto cooked with Carabineros shrimps, Amalfi lemon & coral sauce, and Gamberoni alla Mediterranea – grilled shrimps served with rich Mediterranean sauce. To end on a sweet note, guests will be treated to a creamy Pistachio Gelato — a classic finish to a celebratory Ferragosto feast.

Each dish is thoughtfully paired with premium Italian labels, featuring Albizzia Chardonnay, Bolgheri Vermentino Antinori, Mastroberardino, Falanghina Del Sannio 2022, Aurea Gran Rosé, and Moscato d’Asti Bricco Quaglia — all carefully selected to enhance the vibrant seasonal flavours.

The celebration continues in true Italian style with a limited-edition Ferragosto Spritz Menu, available from August 15th to September 15th. Each spritz is priced at AED 65, with non-alcoholic options available for AED 55.

In collaboration with Bacardi, TOTÓ Dubai presents three refreshing and exclusive Spritz flavours — Watermelon, Strawberry and Limoncello — all elevated with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Guests can also enjoy festive décor and an engaging tasting experience hosted by the brand ambassador.
