Bushman’s Steakhouse & Bar invites Dubai’s diners to experience an exceptional expression of premium beef in a warm, welcoming venue on Palm Jumeirah. With a sharp focus on origin and preparation, the restaurant introduces a collection of distinctive cuts drawn from the world’s most respected producers.
The menu offers a journey across continents. Diners may select from prized Japanese Hokkaido Wagyu A5 Sirloin, richly marbled Australian Wagyu, heritage Argentinian breeds, and distinctive cuts from New Zealand, Canada and the United States. Each is available in a wide selection including tenderloin, ribeye, striploin, tomahawk and more, grilled to individual preference.
At signature feature of the restaurant is its dry ager, a climate-controlled cabinet that matures select cuts over 30 days. This natural process softens the fibres, concentrates flavour and reveals a complex, nutty character underscored by a signature umami depth.

Bushman’s patrons are invited to explore a series of dishes that highlight detail and restraint. A tableside preparation of steak tartare is an ideal start to the evening of indulgence, while a seasonal plate of heirloom tomatoes with compressed persimmon offers a lighter note. For a more generous appetite, the 1.2 kg 300-day grain-fed USA Black Angus Onyx Tomahawk is presented whole, accompanied by a tasting of sauces and two classic sides.
To conclude, the deconstructed Pavlova is prepared in front of guests, its meringue delicately balanced with cream and fresh fruit to provide a sinful ending to an elegant evening.
Michael Robinson, General Manager at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort said, "We are proud to reintroduce Bushman’s as a sophisticated destination for those who appreciate purity of flavour, quality of sourcing and excellent service. We look forward to welcoming both loyal visitors and new diners to discover what sets this restaurant apart."
Bushman’s is located at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, positioned on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The restaurant’s outdoor terrace overlooks the Arabian Gulf, with uninterrupted views that stretch back towards the Dubai skyline.
