Enjoy a specially curated three-course dinner for AED 250 at one of Dubai’s most immersive dining destinations.
As part of this year’s highly anticipated Dubai Restaurant Week, organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), AMARU Dubai invites guests to discover its signature Latin American flavours through an exclusive three-course dinner menu, priced at AED 250 per person.
Running from 1 to 31 May, Dubai Restaurant Week offers diners the opportunity to experience some of the city’s most sought-after restaurants through limited-time menus. For the occasion, AMARU presents a distinctive culinary journey inspired by the rich and diverse flavours of Latin America.
Located in Souk Madinat Jumeirah, AMARU combines bold Latin American cuisine with immersive interiors and a vibrant atmosphere. The specially curated menu showcases some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, offering guests a well-rounded introduction to its culinary identity.
Guests can begin their experience with a choice of starters, including the Beef Empanada with tenderloin and ají amarillo, the vibrant Pacific Gold Ceviche featuring wild seabass and tiger’s milk, or the Shiitake Anticucho as a refined vegetarian option.
For the main course, highlights include the 36-hour Asado Negro — a slow-cooked short rib dish rich in flavour and depth — the Patagonian Ancestral Seabass, or the Eggplant a la Brasa, offering an elevated plant-forward alternative.
Desserts provide a sweet finale, with indulgent options such as the Dulce de Leche Fondante or AMARU’s signature churros served with dark chocolate and dulce de leche.
Set within AMARU’s striking interiors, enhanced by signature 360° projection mapping and an evolving music programme, the experience extends beyond dining, creating a multi-sensory journey that blends flavour, atmosphere, and visual storytelling.
