With a renowned reputation for serving up the finest taste of Lebanon, the multi-award-winning and much-loved Dubai destination Al Nafoorah has been reimagined for an exciting new location at Jumeirah Al Qasr.

Ushering in a new era and joining a wealth of new and enhanced dining experiences that have opened along Jumeirah Group’s stunning coastline in the last four months, Al Nafoorah is the fourth concept to launch at the palatial beachside retreat. A jewel in the crown of Madinat Jumeirah and true embodiment of the fantasies of 1,001 Arabian nights, the hotel is the perfect setting for the luxuriously authentic venue.  The culmination of the hotel’s culinary renaissance, Al Nafoorah takes inspiration from the Berdawni Riviera, known as the ‘city of wine and poetry’, to bring the heart of Lebanon to the vibrant dining hotspot.

Offering food and hospitality true to its folklore, Al Nafoorah welcomes guests with an innovative menu and décor that seamlessly intertwine, instantly transporting guests to the culturally rich Lebanon. Using time honoured traditions of baking, roasting and grilling, Al Nafoorah offers top-class Mediterranean flavours and ingredients from Chef Ali Fouad. The carefully curated menu takes guests through an inimitable culinary journey, where old meets new. Executed with flair, diners are guaranteed the ultimate Lebanese experience with a seemingly endless stream of Levantine dishes served to the table and yet, will have you wanting more. For starters, diners can indulge in the signature Chef Ali’s Tata’s Salad, inspired by his mother’s recipe that has been passed on for generations. In addition, guests can savour fragrantly spiced raw meat dishes such as Kibbeh & Habra Nayeh and the well-loved cold and hot mezzeh including the Al Nafoorah Hummus, Warak Enab Bil Zait, and Pan-Fried Birds, imported directly from Lebanon, sautéed in pomegranate sauce. Mains include the uniquely spiced Whole Baby Chicken, Chef Ali’s interpretation of the Lamb Shank Mouzat with a pomegranate spiced demi-glace and the Al Nafoorah Mixed Grill with Lamb, Chicken, Shrimp and more. For the perfect sweet ending, guests can delight in all-time favourite and heavenly Lebanese sweets including the Chef’s special Cheese Kunafa dipped in just the perfect amount of sugar syrup, the Halawat Al Jeben topped with crushed pistachios and a drizzle of sugar syrup and Ghazal Al Banat served with ice cream. While dining on exquisite cuisine, guests can also sip on an array of tantalising cocktails and mocktails inspired by Lebanese heritage.

The refreshingly colourful and chic restaurant showcases artistic flare and joie de vivre reminiscent of cosmopolitan Beirut, whilst ever-present nostalgia ensures it remains the custodian of culinary culture and generous Lebanese hospitality. Every room stands alone and yet plays a part in the bigger composition. An impressive Olive Tree acts as a focal point in the venue as the interiors echo traditional architecture and patterns with a touch of velvet elegance. Guests can also opt to dine on the venue’s wrap-around terrace overlooking picturesque views of the stunning Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the lush gardens of the hotel’s stunning grounds.
