Aspen by Kempinski introduces a brand-new special afternoon tea

During the summer months, the lobby lounge Aspen by Kempinski at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is offering a sophisticated Afternoon Tea in collaboration with Michelin Star Chef Vineet Bhatia. Inviting shoppers and guests to indulge in the quintessentially British tradition of afternoon tea, Chef Vineet Bhatia has created a traditional set menu reflecting the best of his culinary creations, starting from 9^th June. 

Aspen by Kempinski invites guests to experience a refined 5-course set menu featuring classic bites like English Asparagus and Cheddar Cheese Rolls in Spinach Bread, Smoked Salmon with Dill and Cream Cheese on White Bread and Mini lobster Brioche Rolls. Bringing his signature touch, Chef Vineet flourishes a contemporary twist on traditional dishes like Chicken Tikka Masala and Saffron-Parsley Kedgeree.

Guests will also indulge in sweet treats including Chocolate Perfection Pie and British classics like Warm Scones with Strawberry Jam and Cornish Clotted Cream, Shortbread Cookies, Lychee Rose Sorbet and Sticky Toffee Pudding, to name a few.

Experience this special afternoon tea starting this week from Thursday 9th of June from 3 PM to 6 PM daily during all summer, with a luxurious selection of savoury and sweet delights priced at AED 350. 

With four Michelin-starred restaurants to his name and 11 restaurants in his current portfolio, Chef Vineet Bhatia has taken the culinary helm of 25 noted restaurants across the globe, revolutionising the way Indian food is presented and experienced. 

This collaboration between Michelin Star Chef Vineet Bhatia and Aspen by Kempinski has been curated to mark the 70^th anniversary of The Queen Elizabeth’s II accession. The afternoon tea provides guests a regal experience located amidst the elegant hotel lobby with direct access to Mall of the Emirates. Aspen by Kempinski is open to all, 24 hours daily.
