Swiss luxury brand, Bally, is pleased to announce that the direction of the Bally Design Studio has been entrusted to Design Director Simone Bellotti, who joined the company in October 2022 after a 16-year tenure at Gucci.
Simone Bellotti, whose career in addition to Gucci also includes senior design positions at Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, and Gianfranco Ferré, brings with him a deep understanding of both ready-to-wear tailoring and accessories craftsmanship. This new appointment to Bally Design Studio further reinforces the renewed focus on Bally’s core values of craftsmanship, innovation, and Swiss luxury. Bellotti’s first collection for Bally will be presented during a fashion show at Milan Fashion Week in September.
CEO of Bally, Nicolas Girotto says:
“I am honored to announce Simone Bellotti’s leadership for the Bally design studio. Having already worked alongside the team during the past nine months, Simone will continue to interpret and rejuvenate our signature codes in the context of today. Simone’s passion and appreciation for Bally’s heritage, coupled with his extensive industry experience, will enable us to continue to execute on our vision of creating timeless and elegant products that uphold our legacy of craft and stand the test of time.”
