It’s retro time with the Carnival at THE BEACH. Taking its cue from the fairs of yester-years, the Carnival at THE BEACH featured brightly coloured decorations and classic carnival games, as well as fantastic entertainment to mark the 21st edition of Dubai Shopping Festival.
