February is all about celebration, starting with Valentine’s Day and love really is the sweetest thing at Armani/Lounge as we celebrate romance in the shape of an afternoon tea experience brimming with colourful culinary passion. Savour salmon gravlax with rose macaroon and caviar and red shrimp and lobster mango tartlets ahead of a quartet of seasonal dolce including mini raspberry pillows complete with diamond ring and cranberry pink scones. A delicate Asian influence takes over from mid-month with a tea menu of Chinese New Year delights including rice paper rolls with marinated wild mushrooms, sweet crab meat and avocado mini brioche, and uniquely flavoured pastries like chocolate and green tea profiteroles, mini Armani moon cakes along with mandarin candied citrus scones.

This February, mark the Chinese New Year with a feast of Cantonese, Szechuan, pan-Asian and international flavours at Armani/Mediterraneo. Discuss the merits of the Year of the Dog and swap Chinese astrology insights over a banquet-style buffet designed to unite cultures in a delectable five-star culinary setting. From the authentic flavours of eight treasures rice salad and Szechuan chicken with asparagus to crispy garlic and sesame oil broccoli, black pepper beef with ginger and fried tofu with truffle teriyaki sauce and spring onion, we present a sampling of Chinese culinary tradition complemented by a wide array of Asian and European favourites.
