Bringing together the theatricality of Cantonese cuisine with the vibrant energy of Dubai’s social scene, The Grand Tier Brunch offers an elegant yet relaxed way to spend Saturday.

Available every Saturday from 12pm, the three-hour brunch invites guests to enjoy China Tang Dubai’s signature Grand Tier Brunch Menu, complemented by a specially curated beverage package.

Set against the restaurant’s richly layered interiors and vibrant atmosphere, the experience combines expressive flavours, impeccable service and a convivial spirit. It is ideal for leisurely lunches with friends, celebratory gatherings or simply starting the weekend in style.

Business Lunch

For those seeking a refined midday dining experience, China Tang Dubai presents Sir David’s Business Lunch, available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 3pm.

Guests can choose between a two-course menu priced at AED 148 or a three-course menu at AED 168. Both options include one beverage: coffee, tea, water or a soft drink.

The menu features a selection of signature Cantonese dishes, including the restaurant’s renowned Dim Sum Baskets, Seafood Soup, Salt and Pepper Squid, Singapore Chilli Prawns and Hong Kong Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup, alongside classic desserts such as Mango Pomelo Sago and freshly baked Cantonese Egg Custard Tart.

Private dining experiences start from AED 298 per person, with specially curated sharing menus, bespoke dining experiences and tailored offerings available upon request.
