The National -- Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid presided over a creative meeting at his office on Tuesday ahead of a "new season of work".
The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, said during the session that the UAE remains appreciative of those who work for its development.
"Today, the UAE has different ambitions, and therefore, it needs different ideas and creative minds to achieve such ambitions and to meet expectations, and I am proud of the ideas we shared, and of every creative person and team in the UAE; their vitality and enthusiasm is our path to success. We will always seek ways to improve the living standards and the services offered to our citizens," he said.
He said that in a rapidly changing world with lots of new opportunities "we always need creative cadres, new blood and different ideas," he said.
Sheikh Mohammed also said transparent and open discussions among the teams generate better ideas for success.
The Prime Minister said there are thousands of teams in the UAE working day and night to serve the country, to protect its achievements, and to provide prosperity to its citizens.
"We are part of one team with one vision and one noble goal: to serve the people of the UAE," he said.
During the session, Sheikh Mohammed and his team, reviewed the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future's progress and discussed new ideas.
He also discussed projects being implemented by his executive office, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, and the Dubai Future Foundation.
"Our future projects must have standards that conform with the UAE's competitiveness and worldwide reputation. They should at the same time, serve to boost the welfare of the citizens," he said.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed, Chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation, Mohammed Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, Shamma Al Mazrui, Minister of State for Youth, Abdullah Al Basti, Secretary-General of the Cabinet, Saeed Al Eter, Director-General of the Public Diplomacy Office, and a number of senior officials.
