The Ivy unlocks the secrets behind its Chocolate Bombe dessert

As part of the exciting lineup of events and activities during Dubai Food Festival, connoisseurs of all things food, experienced a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes in a two-hour MasterClass at The Ivy in Jumeirah Emirates Towers on 7 March and learned the secrets to The Ivy’s famous Chocolate Bombe dessert  from the restaurant’s best chefs.

Participants were also able to enjoy their Chocolate Bombe at the end of the class and got to keep an apron as a keepsake.

Dubai Food Festival 2016, which is organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM),  runs until 12 March under the theme ’Celebrate Taste’.
