Nobu

The brainchild of renowned Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Nobu Atlantis is said to infuse the culinary genius’s cutting-edge Japanese style with traditional Arabian influences, resulting in an Asian dining experience with a difference. The spacious dining hall, designed with dark wood furnishings and rich, ruby-red accents, lends a cosy atmosphere despite the size of the restaurant, while a sushi bar provides an alternative dining option to the main room.

Choose from an extensive menu of Japanese favourites. The Nobu menu might well be one of the longest in town. But don’t worry, if you’re struggling to choose, rest assured the staff will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Options include the freshest of seafood and exquisitely prepared sushi, and of course, the legendary Nobu black cod (a favourite of the many celebrities who frequent the restaurant) as well as the exclusive Wagyu beef and a host of traditional Japanese dishes. Even the dessert menu isn’t short, boasting choices such as cheesecake, mango brulee, and a selection of ice cream and sorbet.
