Master Classes and Cooking Demonstrations of the 2017 Dubai Food Festival will feature a wide array of international celebrity and local chefs, and will teach everything from basic kitchen techniques to complex meal and recipe planning. Each class can accommodate approximately 60 participants, with a limited number of reserved VIP seats available for people who wish to be a part of the action and enjoy bites from the world’s leading chefs.

Highlights at this year’s Dubai Food Festival include:

Chef Francisco Araya, School Director of Dubai’s School of Culinary and Finishing Arts (SCAFA). Chef Francisco will focus on the latest trend in the culinary world, Street Food.

Chef Kirti Bhoutika, winner of Masterchef India Season 5. Chef Bhoutika will focus on fusion cooking, combining styles and flavors into high-profile dishes that also emphasize presentation.

Chef Roya Tarzaban, graduate of SCAFA and developer of healthy and visually appealing recipes. Chef Roya’s focus will be on combatting boredom in the kitchen and adding zest to old recipes.

Teen Chef Bella Pearson, a YouTube personality and Al Islami Kids’ ambassador. Chef Bella will lead younger visitors in a variety of activities, including perfecting the ideal Bento box.

Stephanie Pech, nutritionist and metabolic balance coach. Stephanie’s will help attendees – especially kids – learn the basics of healthy eating and mastering their diets.

In addition, for younger chefs Al Islami Foods is hosting the Al Islami Kids Club featuring a series of culinary, educational and fun activities including cooking classes for kids, food safety & nutrition talks, arts and crafts, a photo booth and school-day programs in collaboration with seven UAE-based schools.
