First ever bi-language publication in English and Arabic will feature in-depth details of citywide 17-day, delicious events and promotions!


Mediamost the official publisher of the DSF Guide and DSS Guide has been appointed as the official publisher of the inaugural, Dubai Food Festival 2016 magazine. The bi-language publication in English and Arabic will be the ultimate source of information about the key activities, promotions and events happening during the citywide 17-day event and will be available in a print run of 100,000 copies available for residents and tourists across the city. Mediamost will also offer live coverage of the day-to-day delicious happenings on its 3-language portal www.aviamost.ae


The third edition of the only truly citywide food festival is set to take place from 25 February to 12 March 2016 and will be held under the theme ‘Taste Celebration’ marking Dubai’s emergence as a gastronomic destination. It promises to set the culinary world alight showcasing the emirate’s gastronomic offerings to thousands of visitors from across the region.


New additions for 2016 include the first ever Dubai Restaurant Week launching on the first day of the Festival for 10 days which will see 30 of the city’s best fine-dining restaurants offer a three-course set menu at the exceptional price of AED189 per person.


Restaurant Week participants include: Alta Badia, Ashiana by Vineet, Atelier M, Boca, Bread Street Kitchen, Café Belge, Fogueira, Fume, Garden, Hoi An, Junoon, JW’s Steakhouse, Kiku, Mint Leaf of London, Okku, Pai Thai, Positano, Qbara, Rang Mahal, Rivington Grill, Sea Fu, Seven Sands, Social By Heinz Beck, The Croft, The Hide, The Ivy, Thiptara, Vivaldi by Alfredo Russo, Yuan and Zheng He's.


The city’s tucked-away ‘Hidden Gems’ will be hand-picked by the residents and repeat visitors to the emirate that know – and love – them the best. For the first time, the widely popular Beach Canteen will become the Festival’s central go-to hub with a new look featuring 15 delicious home-grown restaurant concepts and celebrity chef appearances, unique beach dining experiences, as well as local bands, DJs, children’s activities, beach sports and an official Festival information kiosk.

Other highlights of the 2016 Dubai Food Festival will include: the Arabic favourite Fatafeat Kitchen featuring demonstrations from celebrity chefs in Galleries Lafayette, The Dubai Mall;; Street Nights; the star-studded Taste of Dubai; the family-favourite Kids Dine For Free promotion; and a range of signature restaurant-led events.
