Muraba Residences on Palm Jumeirah is perhaps a unique architectural project, one that offers a minimalist, international design aesthetic combined with far-reaching sea and skyline views. Not to mention it was designed by Pritzker Prize laureates RCR Arquitectes. Now, shortly after completion, developer Ibrahim Al Ghurair has unveiled the crowning glory of the building, four penthouses that take the Muraba living experience to the next level.
Each penthouse has an extraordinary amount of indoor and outdoor space that flows fluently to create a contemporary, comfortable and tranquil home like no other in Dubai, crafted with extremely high attention to detail, using products and materials that are innovative and inspiring. Each features a private elevator lobby, with extended living areas and either four or five bedrooms, sized at 4,790 sq. ft. and 6,650 sq. ft. respectively.
The generous outdoor living area comprises four large terraces designed for entertaining or relaxing, as well as private balconies, planned to maximize internal/external flow that is so representative of RCR’s works. With an unmatched vista of the city and the soothing Arabian Gulf, the outdoor spaces are intended to become an integral part of everyday living and to create a sense of balance and serenity.
Inside, the space is stylish and livable, carefully considered to ensure fluid movement between living, dining, sleeping and guest areas. The entertainer’s open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for hosting guests, yet supplemented by a professionally-equipped staff kitchen for size-able events. The master suites are functional and offer a sense of clarity, laid out in a linear progression that considers the dressing room, the bathroom and bedroom as a coherent space, culminating in the private terrace and panoramic view across the Palm.
“We are pleased to introduce the penthouses which stand to embody the concept of Muraba Residences on more of a considerable scale. As with the apartments, they were designed from the inside out, to ensure the living space is absolute and cohesive; I have no doubt RCR Arquitectes have achieved what they set out to,” said Ibrahim Al Ghurair, Founder of Muraba Properties, the development company behind Muraba Residences.
A firm believer that success is in the details, Mr. Al Ghurair partnered with a number of world-class suppliers to complete both the penthouses and apartments. From a local artisan glass manufacturer who created the bespoke exterior glazing, to acclaimed frameless sliding windows producer Sky Frame, hand-crafted Italian kitchens and units by Valcucine, appliances by Gaggenau, fixtures by Danish design brand Vola, and touch control by Gerberit, partners were hand-picked for their expertise and commitment to quality.
Muraba residents enjoy a wealth of first-class amenities, including a swimming pool stretching the entire length of the building with sweeping sea views, the latest in gym equipment, male and female indoor vitality pools, crystal steam rooms and experience showers, and 24-hour security and concierge services.
The penthouses are priced at AED 19 million for a four bedroom unit, and AED 25 million for a five bedroom unit.
