DAMAC launches the world’s first Bugatti-styled villas

Please tell us more about ETTORE 971, the Bugatti Iconic Super Car Styled Villas concept. How was it designed? What does it represent or reflect? What is the message it carries across?

ETTORE 971 is named after Ettore Bugatti, the founder of the renowned French Luxury super sports car brand Bugatti and ‘971’ signifying the international code for the United Arab Emirates.

There are a limited number of these ultra-premium seven-bedroom villas, with floor-to-ceiling glass to maximise the feelings of light and space. The result is a seamless flow from one living space to another; simple but effortlessly elegant.

The villas are conceptualized by the designers of the world’s fastest street-legal production car, the iconic 1,200hp Bugatti Veyron and stylishly reflect its distinctive curved front.

What are the project specifications and how does it fit within the Akoya Oxygen development? What distinguishes it or makes it special?

The exclusive limited edition collection called ETTORE 971 Bugatti Styled Villas is the true expression of ultimate luxury living. It will be ideally located in a lush green, 55 million sq ft private environment within the main AKOYA Oxygen development. Each villa will have unrivalled views across the Trump World Golf Club, Dubai. AKOYA Oxygen has quickly earned a reputation as one of the most desirable communities under development in Dubai, with a championship-standard golf course designed by world-famous golfer Tiger Woods, the luxury retail and entertainment strip, Vista Lux and the region’s first Rainforest.

Prices of villas will be in the region of AED 36 million, reflecting the high-end styling and finishing in each unit.
