Sergio Rossi pays tribute to its heritage, while looking forward. Once again finding inspiration from within, Sergio Rossi presents a brand-new collection by exploring the intriguing, polished appeal of 2000s’ in the archive.
The luxury Italian brand unveils a new chapter of its successful sr saga: srTwenty. The newest addition to the label’s creative footwear universe, where seductive femininity meets edgy design, outstanding craftsmanship and unparalleled quality.
Pumps, mules, sandals, slouchy boots and booties are the protagonists of the srTwenty lineup, where graphic necklines, squared toes, highlighted by metallic
caps in a palladium tone, as well as hourglass-shaped heels, steal the spotlight.
The collection’s signature hourglass heels, - available in two different heights, 60 mm and 90 mm - are crafted in neutral tones, while are rendered in a glossy colorful version when matched with vibrant silk satins and sequins.
Nappa, patent leather and a lizard printed calf skin are worked in a sophisticated, timeless palette of neutrals - including tan, black cherry and black - contrasting with the glamorous exuberance of the lime green, iris purple and alizee pink of both silk satin and micro sequins.
An archival geometric buckle embellished with a tiny Sergio Rossi logo pop up both in a metallic version and in an option embellished with precious squared crystals, adding graphic appeal to the collection. The laced-up details of open-toe booties evoke the sleek, boudoir-inspired sensuality of 2000s’ fashion.
The same sophisticated and distinctive appeal runs through the sr1 range, iconic shoe that shaped the relaunch of the brand four years ago, where the brand’s signature pumps, slippers and sandals are peppered by the colors and materials of the new srTwenty lineup.
The energy used to produce the collection in San Mauro Pascoli as well as the energy used for the event is 100% green, as all electricity is purchased exclusively from
renewable source plants starting from January 1st 2020.
In keeping with the collection’s overall sense of quintessential coziness, inspired by the iconic style of the Nineties, Sergio Rossi conveyed an intimate atmosphere through nude walls contrasting with colorful fluo lime carpeting, as well as sofas and armchairs designed by world-acclaimed architect Cristina Celestino.
