Tolerance is an indispensable value of the UAE people: Mohammad Bin Rashid
The UAE and tolerance are two sides of the same coin, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has tweeted ahead of the international day for tolerance.
"Tolerance is an indispensable value of the UAE people and a guarantee for future development," he added.
"Tomorrow marks the international day for tolerance. This day comes with the tolerant county- UAE - is better off and its people are the happiest and most tolerant in the world," Shaikh Mohammad tweeted.
“We have issued instructions to name the most beautiful pedestrian bridge over Dubai Water Canal as the Bridge of Tolerance. Our bridges are always literally and metaphorically linked to humans,” he tweeted.
