A new study has revealed alarming changes in blood vessel function among healthy people who smoked an e-cigarette for the first time.

The US research, carried out on 31 adults who had never vaped or smoked before, reported significant changes in the blood flow within the femoral artery in the leg. Emirates Airline has once again been named the top brand for consumers in the UAE, according to a new study.

The Dubai airline came first for the third year in a row in YouGov's BrandIndex annual brand health rankings.

The country’s human resources authority said public and private sector workers will enjoy a public holiday on Muharram 1, Hijri 1441.

That date in the Islamic calendar falls on Saturday or Sunday, leading many to anticipate a holiday on Sunday, September 1.

WAM – Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, was the most punctual Middle Eastern carrier in the first seven months of 2019.
