Dubai medical tourism revenues hit AED1.4 billion in 2016

WAM -- Medical tourism in Dubai yielded returns of around AED1.421 billion in 2016 against AED1.40 billion in 2015, with the number of incoming wellness tourist arrivals amounting to 326,640 in 2016, a 9.5 percent growth over the previous year, according to Dubai Health Authority, DHA.

Emirates partners with BMW Group for new fleet of Chauffeur-drive cars for Business class passengers in the UAE

Emirates has partnered with BMW Group to provide a fleet of luxury automobiles for its complimentary Chauffeur-drive service for Business Class passengers in the UAE.

The new fleet, featuring BMW 520i Touring cars, are being rolled out progressively from now until the end of the year, as the previous fleet of cars are retired.

WAM -- New figures from the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, show that emirate welcomed 1.6 million guests in the first quarter of 2017, recording a 7 percent growth compared to the same period last year.
