Dubai Police say if you have lost personal documents, phones or passports you can apply for a certificate of loss through an online link .

A total of 594 million riders used public transport and other shared mobility means around Dubai in 2019 - reflecting a jump from a ridership of 589 million in 2018, the emirate's Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced.

These modes of transport comprise the metro, tram, public buses, marine transport (abra, ferry, water taxi, water bus), e-hail vehicles, smart car rentals, and cabs (Dubai Taxi and franchise companies).
