A New Saturday Brunch Concept at SO/Uptown Dubai debuting June 6, every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm
Lana Lusa at SO/ Uptown Dubai introduces CASA LUSA, a new Saturday brunch concept rooted in the spirit of Mediterranean hospitality. Launching this Saturday, June 6, Casa Lusa runs weekly from 1pm to 5pm, offering guests a long-table experience that moves naturally from lunch into late-afternoon celebration.
Conceived around the rhythms of Portuguese gathering culture, the brunch draws on the warmth of a family table: generous sharing plates served continuously, a room already in motion when guests arrive, and an atmosphere that builds steadily through the afternoon. A resident DJ anchors the energy, shifting tempo as the hours unfold.
The menu is built for the table rather than the individual. Large-format dishes arrive throughout the sitting, designed to be passed and returned to. Three drinks packages are available: Soft (AED 300), House (AED 425), and Premium (AED 625).
The room itself reflects the concept's sensibility. Design references draw from Mediterranean village life, with antique kitchen details, rustic crates, and ceiling-hung linens evoking the casual ease of a coastal afternoon. Guests are invited to mark the occasion with a group portrait or leave a note on the restaurant's kitchen board.
