Two new bus routes set for Global Village

The National -- Two new bus routes are set to launch by the Roads and Transport Authority’s (RTA) Public Transport Agency on November 1.
Routes 102 and 106 are expected to meet growing demand for bus service, officials said.
The move is aimed at “boosting the happiness of visitors” of the Global Village in Dubai while coping with this growing demand.

Fuel prices drop in UAE for November 2017

The National -- The Ministry of Energy has announced on Monday, October 30, new petrol prices for November in the UAE.
The per-litre prices have been fixed for Super 98 at Dh2.03 (down from Dh2.12 in October); Special 95 at Dh1.92 (from Dh2.01 last month); E Plus-91 at Dh1.85 (down from Dh1.94 in October).
And diesel price has been fixed at Dh2.11 per litre, a slight increase from Dh2.10 in October.
UAE fuel prices are linked to international crude oil prices.

Dubai sees sharp rise in visa overstays

The National -- Dubai's immigration department said about 25,000 people have overstayed their residency visa so far this year - more than twice the total seen in 2016 - with many hit with fines running into tens of thousands of dirhams.

Dubai Taxi has added more Toyota Camry hybrid cars, more than doubling its current fleet of 500.
