In response to rising demand on routes between Abu Dhabi and Russia, the emirate's Department of Culture and Tourism has partnered Anex Tourism Group, an aviation and tourism services provider, to charter direct flights between the European country and Abu Dhabi.

The National -- If you're an early morning public transport user, you're in luck: the Dubai Metro and tram will now start their daily service earlier.

The Roads and Transport Authority's (RTA) Rail Agency has announced tram and metro changes to take effect on November 1, which will coincide with Public Transport Day.

CNBC -- Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday a $500 billion plan to build a business and industrial zone that links with Jordan and Egypt, the biggest effort yet to free the kingdom from dependence on oil exports.

Abu Dhabi Ports and ferry company Jalboot Marine on Tuesday signed a deal to begin trips to the museum that is opening on November 11.
