1st June onwards, Abu Dhabi hotel guests will pay new fee on hotel bills

WAM --- Starting 1st June 2016, hotel guests in Abu Dhabi will start paying a municipal fee of four per cent of their hotel bill and an AED15 charge per night per room, the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport and Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) announced yesterday.

Dr. Amal Al Qubaisi on official visit to Kazakhstan

WAM - Dr. Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), arrived in Astana yesterday on an official visit to Kazakhstan, following an invitation by the Chairman of Kazkhstan's House of Representatives, Baktykozha Izmukhambetov.

HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) opened Al Jaddaf Marine Transport Station, one of the key marine transport stations in Dubai Creek that contributes to boosting multi-modal integration mass transit systems. Etihad Aviation Group and Partners boost financing platform strategy to US$1.2 Billion

Etihad Airways, Etihad Airport Services, airberlin, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles and Alitalia have successfully raised a further US$500 million in a second platform financing transaction, following the success of last year’s award-winning bond which raised US$700 million.
